  • We break through these mental obstacles (fears)
  • The students provide the solutions to overcome these fears
  • Provides some of the consequences of bullying in all forms
  • Provides students with the policy of bullying
  • Shows how to prevent bullying
  • The students are able to help provide the solutions to overcoming all of the obstacles they provided and more.
About:
When students’ enter into a new school, what does this mean for them?  They may be all alone in a place full of new people, existing clicks, and upper classman.  To a new student this may feel as though they are all alone at in this new world.  Existing students might feel uncomfortable or threatened by new students.  These barriers are all created through their perception, but the results are real.  Often times with new students there can be bullying, cyber-bullying, physical abuse, verbal abuse, mental abuse, social non-acceptance, low self-esteem, depression, substance abuse or worse.

“Breaking Through” is a presentation that was created to address these new and existing students and stop these potential problems before they start.  It attempts to help accomplish this by providing your students with the awareness, experience and education to break down these barriers and create friendships.
